Hey everyone! Its wednesday night and Im sitting at home where I’ve been since saturday, on the couch feeling sorry for myself. Went to the doctor today and I thought I just had a cold but turns out it’s another flu! 2nd one in 8 weeks. My doctor has given me a blood test thingee so I can get tested for the SWINE!!! talk about scary!  Or else I could have glandular fever! I don’t think they’re related, but I’m not a doctor. On top of that I have dull ears (which I dont know what that means either) and my eyes are all dry and itchy!!! ZOMG I hate being sick.

I have had heaps of vid ideas and plenty of time to film them but there is no way Im going on youtube looking like this. I txt my boss and told her I shouldnt come. I have a med cert and 2 possible illnesses(to be determined by my blood test) and she still wanted me to come in! I dont know if theres a law for this but Im pretty sure you’re meant to stay away from ppl if you’re suspected to have swine flu…I distinctly remember people being quarantined for sneezing! I had a friend who sniffed as he was boarding a plane, he was stopped and quarantined! haha. So needless to say…I’m not going! Rediculous if you ask me!

I have thought ahead and cancelled everything I had planned for the next week so I can get better. It’s coming into spring and women go crazy in spring! they need full makeovers since they’re coming out of hibernation(that’s Dunedin for you!) I work in the beauty industry so I see the craziness first hand. This is when the diets start! The “I need to look good for my holiday”rant.  I know exactly how they feel. I’m one of them. Instead of doing exercise, I watch “how to get a bikini body” or ” Britney Spears ab workout” on http://www.YouTube.com. hmmmm sad I know. I’m also the girl who tweeted “Im eating fish’n'chips while watching ANTM, I feel disgusting!
